The best thing @warzan could do is get a Administrative Assistant and use them as a gate keeper so that he can have someone filter out all the basic stuff and triage the messages. The problem is that these types of employees are covered by overhead and are not direct earners for the business. But, they can be the most important people when it comes to the basic workflow. How important is the work you do that isn’t covered by the big list compared to the time you spend on the list. Paying an AA a wage can easily be balanced in cost with the efficiency that comes from the time it frees up. That time it frees up is not just work related but also helps in the work life balance. Small business owners work more hours than would be legally allowed for the pay rate we get by most governments. We do this because it is our risk of treasure and more importantly it is our passion. When you gain efficiency you gain in stability.
