Embrace The Fury With The Dweghom’s Flame Berserkers

The folks behind Conquest, Para Bellum Wargames, are keeping the awesome previews coming for the Dweghom who will be released in September. Check out these Flame Berserkers!
There are those amongst the Dweghom who leave the kinfolk behind and head off into the darkness in an undertaking known as The Descent or Dheukorro. Harnessing the rage inside them they brave all manner of ordeals before finally emerging as what you see here, the Flame Berserkers.
These Dweghom have been forever changed, burning with elemental energy from within. Their bodies and armour are impervious to the heat that now expels from their bodies, their arms turned into a deep black obsidian which shows their transition from a normal Dwegom into one of these elemental warriors.
On the battlefield, the Flame Berserkers are a fearsome foe to face. They have given up all care for themselves and with nothing left to lose they are fury incarnate. If you don't get claimed by the axes and hammers of these warriors the flames might get you instead.

Oh MAN are these guys cool! They really up the “sci-fi/fantasy” look the typical Dweghom have, but the fact that they’ve become armored flame elementals is really awesome. Kinda makes me wish the Fyreslayers would’ve gone this direction…

I really wish the pics of these, and all of their stuff really, were better. Closer, higher res, more detailed. You really can’t tell anything from this one pic and I couldn’t find any other pics of them on their site.
Agreed. It is in the best interest of the game to post better pics of their minis. C’mon Para Bellum Wargames – try to better promote your awesome world and game 🙂
