Yes, I have been looking into a backstage stream kind of thing. Very happy to do that kind of thing – just a matter of building in the time for it now 🙂

Also you are absolutely correct about building the local community, the 40k Weekend was a huge surprise for us as I would say nearly half the attendees were from the local area (including some young guys who only joined the hobby through the Visitors Centre) until that event we had more people here from the US at these events than the local area. And the local members are still talking about it they enjoyed it so much.

So yes building the local hobbyist base is a good long term way of us building up the pool of folk who could get involved in the community later.
