@unclejimmy thank you! The only conversion is to the bald sergeant. It was a head swap and a reposition of the pointing arm to get his pointer closer to where his stare was aiming.
The twin-fist guys are part of the new toys that came with the new generation Space Marines. Yeah, they’ve got twin power fists, with flamers mounted on them. The proper kit can build with Bolters on instead, and grenade packs that mount to their backs.
The Lieutenant drawing his sword is an UM miniature, I’ve done minimal conversion work on him. Took an UM logo off his backpack. Swapped his left pauldron to the right, which meant carving off the assembly keys. It’s an easy build kit for the new kids just picking up Citadel miniature building. I figured I’d just say this guy served with distinction alongside the UM’s and they awarded him and gave him a sword in honour.
ummm… depends what you mean? Roughly speaking I’ll do the 1st stage highlights and usually rinse ‘regularly’ as I go. The second/ final highlights I ‘ll get through each mini without rinsing, since they’re fine and small.
Awww, more furry creatures!

The art on the D-Rok Oblivion cover is my inspiration for my Dark Angel colour choices. I know mine is a little brighter than that, but there it is.

I can’t help but imaging a DM using that final cover art to catch the players by surprise when their characters are brought before the Goblin King! Classic.
