@laughingboy – All fair points and very much the reason why I am still a backstager. Maybe I am getting old, I just liked BoW better than OTT. I fully realise that I do not decide what the team should be doing and I am certain that there is a great plan behind it. The reason for providing the feedback is that in my professional life I very much prefer customer feedback rather than the customer quietly fading away, nothing more than that.

Now I will keep on happily painting some Spanish militia for Blood & Plunder… 🙂
