I very much sympathise – this is not uncommon and I’ve been there.

For me it stems from too many choices of what to do and being incapable of making a decision where to start. Breaking this has involved forcing myself to paint something for an hour. Anything. Doesn’t matter what it is, that’s the project. It also helps putting all of the unfinished and unstarted stuff out of your eyesight. Put some finished models around your desk instead to inspire you.

It works for me. It may or may not work for you but the good news is you only need an hour of your time to find out!
