Lucid Eye Release Their New Ghost Plastic Miniatures Range
August 5, 2019 by brennon
Lucid Eye has now started taking orders for their new plastic miniatures range known as Ghost. This is going to be a set of inexpensive plastic miniatures for those who like going dungeon delving.
The plastic miniatures available right now include Dungeon Hireling #1 and Dungeon Hireling #2. The first character is shown with a flaming torch in hand, no doubt hoping that it will hold back the shadows and evil creatures in the depths.
The second character has a larger staff in hand, hopefully, useful for something down in the close confines of a dungeon.
The miniatures look to be fairly well detailed but it would have been nice to see some of these painted up so we could have taken a peek at the final result. I look forward to seeing how the range expands with all sorts of monsters and such in the future. Beyond roleplaying games, these would be great for skirmish games like Rangers Of Shadow Deep and Frostgrave.
Ziggurat Amazonians
As well as the new plastic miniatures range we also saw a new release for the Ziggurat collection. Here we have yet another set of Amazon Wardaughters who are armed with different weapons and in new poses.
Again, I like the look of their arms and armour. They have a good mix of historical elements to their models as well as that little fantastical edge. I think these Amazons would be amazing to see painted up, bright bronze mixed with colourful plumes and deep, rich fabrics.
I can't wait to see what people do with this range in the future. I do hope we're going to see a rule set to fit them although you could drop them into the mix for Age Of Magic or Warlords Of Erehwon.
What do you think?

Are they called ‘ghost’ because they are in white or clear plastic?
They are a white colour, as far as I have read. Wouldn’t kind getting a couple to see what it is like!
Interesting. Is it a new material does anyone know, or only a colour variant of a regular material?
the Amazonians look good.
OMG! #2 is an adventurer with a 10 ft. pole.
