Cubicle 7 Talk Becoming An Aether-Khemist In AoS: Soulbound

Cubicle 7 has talked about another of the archetypes you can play as in Age Of Sigmar: Soulbound, their upcoming roleplaying game. This week they discussed another of the Kharadron Overlords, the Aether-Khemist.
As a chemist and inventor, you are looking to head out on adventures in order to further your knowledge of the Mortal Realms and discover what secrets exist out there to be pilfered. These Aether-Khemists are tasked with following the veins and aether-gold through the skies and collecting it to be used by the Kharadron Overlords. They can sniff out (quite literally) the purest aether-gold on the winds.
They carry all sorts of interesting gadgets into the field including weapons which turn the dangerous substances they work with into deadly weapons. As tinkerers and inventors, you'll most likely find an Aether-Khemist working as the brains behind your operation, working out how to get inside forgotten labyrinths as they deal with ancient machinery.
I am excited to see how these quirky individuals work alongside the widespread of different characters in Soulbound.
Could you see yourself playing an Aether-Khemist?

Of course in any RPG there comes a time when one character will have to lift another to throw them or get over something… I’ve played with a few idiots who always act this out. I wonder how it will work with these roles, surely all that heavy metal weighs a tonne.
