Gripping Beast Mount Up With Roman Light Cavalry In Plastic

Gripping Beast has been showing off a preview of their Late Roman Lighty Cavalry which will be releasing in plastic soon.
The set will allow you to build twelve different riders armed with all sorts of different weapons. You can see some of them shown off here including javelin, axe, sword and bow. Heads and shields will also be interchangeable depending on what you need.
The set will be arriving in early July so you don't have long to wait before these will be hitting the painting table. These particular models shown here were painted by Brush Demon and they're looking rather cool indeed!
Gripping Beast have talked about how these models would be great for those playing Swordpoint but you could use these in pretty much any Historical game you wanted.

I just saw the preview picture on the main site and thought to myself “oh, playmobile?” XD
Those are rather nice.
if I wasn’t already hip deep in Bill’s metals from Footsore I’d be picking these up. But thankfully I am replete
They’re really cool, I like how simple they are, should be easy to paint up and get looking really cool. May be a good purchase with SPQR on the way.
