I’m not sure how much you all can tell the difference between the minis in the image with the orange background. However, I’m taking some things that I think worked well in my Hellboy project and applying them here: more extreme shadows, black outlines, more extreme highlights, and edge highlighting. Really, it just boils down to my being a bit bolder.
