    From their Facespace

Our first historical set – Persians (although to be honest it’s in a dead heat with the Dark Age Irish) This is a sampling of the parts that may be in the final set. We are just working out the frame size and what will fit. No release date yet but they will be out in 2019.

Nice to see them trying to cover both Early and late Achaemenid periods

Those look very promising !  The components look like they will allow a lot of variety and opportunities for conversion.

Well looks like half the sprue is unarmoured archers (good), HOWEVER it might have been better to do the “melee” types also as unarmoured (as this made up the bulk of the foot troops). That way you would have had the flexibility to do them as archers/peltasts and mix up the bodies some for more variation (and as you’ll need a LOT of them, as many variations in posing is a good thing). Definitely would have preferred an “unarmoured” and “armoured” sprue…..

…..but hey ANY plastic Persians is a good thing (rather than yet MOAR plastic Early Imperial Romans) 😀

Going to be torn between these and the Dacians coming out from Victrix, or I “could” get both 😀

HOWEVER painting Persians has to be the hardest army to paint for the lowest quality troops on the table (but they DO tend to look good) 🙂

Painted examples taken from their blog.  There are also some size comparisons.  Worth having a look, especially if you fancy their Halflings.
