Looks like a fun group of guys. Its been hard to find a large enough group of guys in my area to do some events like this. We have had some wargaming weekends where we encourage younger new gamers to come. It always helps when we give out some prizes but I think some assembling and painting seminars would help too after watching how this weekend unfolded.
