We’ve been joined by the guys from Battlefront for a weekend of gaming, recreating the battles around Normandy after D-Day.
The Boot Campers have got their armies built and on the table and already have a couple of games under their belts. The day will bring yet more epic clashes, and it looks as though Warren has something a bit different up his sleeve…

Iron Skies 2 is not as good as the original which was a fantastic B movie.
That is dissappointing, but to be expected. I still want to give it a watch some time.

Ride of the Valkyries plays. Out of the belching smoke from three burning Panzers, three round forms peel like snakes shedding their skin. Their undersides light up and, as tracers descend onto the enemy, the staccato sound of MGs and auto cannons join in the cacophony. With a wail and a series of throaty crumps phosphor bombs go down on the enemy positions.
The view moves up towards the top of one of the old fort’s towers. A gruesome red mask, stylized to resemble a skull.
“Aaaah, I love ze smell of phosphor in ze morning! HAIL HYDRA!”
When are Battlefront going to come out with Weird World War?
