Taking A Closer Look At The Fury Box Set

Justin and Chris take a look at the Fury box set from Battlefront Miniatures.

Getting players stuck right into tank warfare the Fury box set is comprised of a Tiger tank, a StuG, an M10 and a couple of M4 Shermans for good measure. Just to make things even more accessible there are quick start booklets, terrain cards, unit cards and a set of dice so that players can set up a game quickly.

I think I’m going to buy the Fury box set and give it to a buddy of mine to get him started. He plays 40k and I’ve been trying to get him to start his own army of Flames of War. I think one of these starter boxes will get him hooked.

M36 with the 90mm was a formidable weapon as A/T and for HE support

These sets are really nice. Like this rundown of what they come with and just how much you get in each one.

I’m glad the video was interrupted with a “Gerry Can” and not “Gerry’s Can”.

I will be picking one of these up sets to try and get my friends interested. This is such an easy entrance into the game and should be quick for people to pick up and learn the rules.

Bought the El Alemain starter so a friend and I could give it a try. Wish I could have snagged this starter though. If the game pans out I definitely want the Hit the Beach starter

I think the Fury box set is a nice way into flames of war. I might for myself to get into it

For a noob like myself, I might start with this first instead of the “starterset”

this really feels like it should include the Tanks rules as well

I may start with this one first then build around it.

Nice little jumping off point. Is the Fury set points balanced? If so it could be a good way to expand the starter box forces a little.

I think this would be the box for me, purely to get used to the game rules. Theres not much there and not much needed for a quick intro.
I can’t see myself sticking to that at all and would probably go all in but at least this gives the chance to have a little go.
