Taking a Look at the Packed American Starter Bundle

Justin sits down with Chris to look at the American Starter Force bundle from Battlefront Miniatures.

this box is jam-packed with Shermans and Stuart tanks but there is always room for some infantry in the box. The question remains as to how you might assemble this bundle out on the tabletop!

What do you think of the forces included in the American Starter Bundle?

Did… Did Justin just show off a “tight little box”?
That does look like an awesome way in to the game though.

Dear lord there’s a lot in that box! Stuff looks awesome! But I still think I’d go for the Germa set to start. I’m not played this game so I don’t know about the tactics, but seems to me this American box would need more infantry support to round out the force a bit

what no built models, get John in he would have built them whilst talking to the camera. A lot of models for a small box, have battlefront learnt to use tardis materials?

Funny that my wargaming adventure started when I was about 5 yo and played ‘war’ with my uncle and tens of mini (1:100) soldiers. As I grow older I feel stronger and stronger temptation to get back to WWII games.

Too armor heavy for me. I’m more of a grunt myself (ironically). I wish there was an infantry set version of this that had an infantry company, a tank platoon, mortars and machine guns. I would get that!

nice starter set, interesting to note the Sherman sprues have changed from the ones from tanks, though I noticed that there’s no hedge row cutters on them
