About the Project
Landships is a tactical miniature wargame system, designed for novice and experienced players. Created by Voxelhouse (Portuguese and Brazilian Miniature Company) the game is a simple system to learn and play, though there is enough depth that it will take time and experience to master. It is a 1/300 (6mm) steampunk wargame set in the fantastic world of Artrusia, where orcs, humans and other races fight each other. The main feature of this game is that the miniatures are made to print in 3D printers. The player buys the files and print as many times as he wants. Our goal is to take advantage of these new technologies for wargames and give the player more diverse and cheaper options regarding the miniatures. We are aware that it is a new technology, but we want to go ahead and serve an audience that is already using 3D printing to play.

Some Directions for you !
This Game is a Journey…
A walk that begins in early 2017 when I decided to start my studies with voxels, allied with game design. It was a period of experiences and especially of many studies. Throughout the course it had as an objective to make a wargame of miniatures, with a thematic steampunk and that in the not too distant future could use miniatures printed in 3D.
Not that I did not like the miniatures made by the process of traditional sculpture, I also took the miniatures of white metal and then the plastic ones. However, I dreamed that one day I could have my army at home and when I wanted to have a new miniature, it would be enough to “print” and paint whenever I wanted.
I started all daydreaming about it, and one day the players, the scale modelers and so many other people linked to this type of hobby could do that.
For two years I started to develop this ambitious plan, and here I am releasing the Landships core book.
It was not a solitary job, I had the help of many people, among them Antonio Marcelo, a professional who also had a passion for games and who helped me build a series of things that are here. Discover talented people like Luís Salgado, Marcos Paulo, who helped me in a series of things regarding the designing of this book.
I also had the help and encouragement of miniature painters, especially Luca Gianelli from Wargaming Lobby (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCru7U2MOGwHEz_Jfb-ePIxA) e José Augusto Praguer, both contributed fantastic paintings and encouraged me to paint my miniatures.
I wanted to thank my followers on Twitter, who were always present, commenting on my designs and sending lots of messages, with very fresh suggestions for the game.
I´d like to give some directions to you…

Human Airship Printed
It is the first 3D impression of the first aerial ship model for the Landships game. It is a cruiser of the Human Empire. Its firepower compared to other units is quite high, and its mobility at the gaming table is ample. Soon we will test with this unit because the rules are in the first stages of development.
