Minis are amazing!
Saw the miniatures for this at Salute this year and previous. Glad it’s been continued with. Absolutely stunning detail.
These are great. Thinking they might be good for Free Peoples in Age of Sigmar
knowing how incredible this game system is, the thought of that makes me cringe XD

Just be warned they’re a tad bigger than GW minis (35mm instead of 28-32mm) so even your common peasant is going to be Stormcast sized or bigger.
I’m stoked that you’re as excited for this game as I am. Everything about it exudes QUALITY. The minis the Lore, writing, game mechaics, free rules, free army biulder, free stories. Everything has this game set to be world dominating. Not just by agressive marketing but by solid QUALITY that is simply magnetic!

Played a demo of this a while back and thought it was good. Not sure if I’ll be going out of my way to pick up any of the minis though as the size difference between them and GW, Mantic, etc is too much for my liking and I’ve probably got enough WHFB stuff to do a dwarf army with. At most might get some of the drakes and/or other gribblies where the size difference won’t matter. At the 5:20 mark i just just looked and saw a cygnar army for warmachine. Storm lances and Sword knights. too bad the scale is a bit off. But great looking models.
In terms of Conquest though, teh scale is perfect. Ive read that they attemted 28mm scale first but were concerned by how fiddly and weak a lot of components were. They scaled up so that they didnt have to comppromise the designs with big hands, oversized spear shafts or thick AF swords etc so that the miniatures can be as true to the artwork as physically possible and I aplaud them for that descision. I show they have a real passion for their world and that their vision will not be compromised for the sake of 7mm 😉

Thanks for that Warren, I was kind of sitting on the fence with this, but after See this video I will be getting this game. The figures look stunning and I have read some of the back ground and that’s great. So looks like I know what I shall be getting at the end of june.
