A Song of Ice & Fire Unboxing: Crannogman Trackers
May 8, 2019 by deltagamegirl22
Dawn and Gianna return to Westeros to take a look at the new unit CMON have added to A Song of Ice & Fire Miniatures Game.
The Crannogman Trackers get the unboxing treatment and Gianna lets us know that rangers are potentially the coolest class type out there. These are ranged units which excel at disrupting the enemy forces. they might not be able to inflict a lot of damage, but they can sow chaos into the ranks of pesky Lannister players.
How might you use the Crannogman trackers in your force?

ok, I really need some sleep… I watched the video and in my head I was all “I can’t remember those from Lord of the Ring” …. untill I finally realised that this is Asoiaf/Got XD
Halp 😉
Those are nice sculpts, I don’t play the game but I could be tempted to add them to my generic fantasy army.
Already purchased these and mixed with a box of Ranger hunters from same game for wait for it…….RANGERS OF SHADOW DEEP game how original am i..?, just need to get them painted now ..?
Very cool.
Love the more true scale style of these mini’s.
All the mini’s for this game are great. The all look better then the tv show which doesn’t happen often. Lanisters look great. I play Night’s watch myself because they are easy paint 🙂
You could even play a game of Saga with them if you prefer that rule system.
Need to get a game or two of this in – got it at Adepticon, but the box not been opened since then.
Beyond the start box I must say this is a great looking unit.
Darksword make some great stuff
great work on the sculpt. got to love those rangers
I hope you do an unboxing of the “Rabble” box that’s due to come out (really looking forwards to that one). Also these would be excellent for the Rangers of Shadow Deep game (although you probably wouldn’t need 20 Ranger models to play 😀 )
Indivisually they looked amazing. En masse with those limited poses they look really bad. Rank and Flank really poopoos on nice looking infantry models.
Would make sense in a Skirmish game but not so much in a rank and flank tray.
I’m disappointed they don’t get poisoned weapons like in the books.
the try system in this game is very clever
I really want to get into this game, but I have TOO many others games to play.
Though I can see picking this up for the miniatures.
The minis for this game look great, sadly i have too many systems and too many models right now.
These Rangers would be great for a host of games, but i believe people are saying that they are more 32mm than 28mm scale.
Be interesting to see a detail and scale comparison when the NorthStar Rangers of Shadow Deep specific models come out.
I might buy these later, have a shitload to paint
They look great. We are having a blast playing this game.
