    hi all

have any of you heard of brush pens, I noticed on the scale 75 paint kickstarter that you could get you.

I think I get the idea just like to know if anyone ever used or considered using, if so how you got on how you use them?

    I’m curious now. (:

These look to be watercolor brush pens. From searching, they’re meant to be used instead of watercolor paint brushes, and the examples are on the thicker watercolor paper (and adult coloring books), not miniature painting. (fwiw, I have the Prismacolor brush tip pens and find them useful for “painting” bases black and other minor touch-ups.) Some commercial pens come filled with paint, some, like Scale 75, have you fill in the pen with water or a watercolor. By filling it with water, you can use the pen to blend other colors, etc.

But I’d sure like to know how they can be used with miniatures!
