Star Player Lord Borak Returns To Blood Bowl’s Gridiron

A classic star player is returning to the Blood Bowl pitch, as Forge World release a new version of Lord Borak the Despoiler.
Lord Borak the Despoiler has been a popular player since the early days of Blood Bowl, stomping faces and breaking bones for the gods of Chaos and the delight of the fans.
This new version really speaks to that popularity, showing him giving his fans a thumbs up.
I absolutely love this figure. It updates the classic character, while keeping to his iconic elements, like his helmet. The cocky pose, playing to the crowd, is something that I think particularly shows the fun style of Blood Bowl.

Nope. I don’t play chaos (only chaotically; gobbos for the win!) plus something with this pose seem wrong.
I think it’s another FW release where the model suffers due to the paint job not being to quite the standard we expect. The pics of it unpainted look a lot better.
Very nice.
Like the miniature. Don’t really like the price.

Another less than stellar paint job on a fine looking miniature. I’m hoping to see a vampire star player for the undead team soon.
Love the mini, even love the paintjob. Would shave the footspikes off if I were to pick this up.
Not a fan of the sculpt. With the slightest conversion you could get something comparable without the thumbs up if you didn’t already find it with a non-GW company.
