I agree. It might be the glossy pvc, but the details on the minis don’t look very crisp.

Ive been a huge fan of Malifaux for so long and the quality of the Minis was always why, sadly the minis from this game just dont compare. There are some that look gorgeous but the PVC is just.. not the best thing to use. Im glad I didnt back this. But given I am a fan of the company I do hope the game goes well. But for me Im sticking with Malifaux
The one thing I don’t like about these boxes is that the models come in those mouldd plastic trays but don’t have the bases attached so once you do glue them down you cannot put them back in the box and use it for storage.
The minis are okay. Either they didn’t have it at Adepticon or I missed it. I’ve never played Malifaux so I really have no idea what all the stats mean. I would be interested in seeing a let’s play on it. I think the minis if this game does well, will get better.

PVC + really expensive per miniature = no me gusta. Pass, sadly, as I really liked the art and designs.
These minis are not as good a quality as I was hoping for. Great art and I like the deck mechanic for the game. I will need to see this in person before I try out another mass battle game.
