@evilstu I have the KoW historicals book.  I don’t think there are many differences in the rules from the fantasy game.  The army lists are very generic.  There is a big list of troop types that anyone can take and then there is a separate list to give your army flavour – Mongols have lots of horse troops, think Celts have chariots, Norman cavalry is better than average etc.  Never played it though.

Space Rats are from Mantic – their Veer-mym.  It is stuff I got from a Deadzone Kickstarter.  It is also the first thing that came out of a box I decided to try and get all the bits built and sorted out from.

Lip bases seem to be in fashion these days are Warlord’s round bases have them now.  I still like using basing render to build my bases up, it is very relaxing to do and I sometimes do it even if the base doesn’t need it.

@sundancer I love Star Wars but never bought any of the Legion stuff.  No interest in Droids or anything from the prequels.  If they release an Ewok army though, then I would be tempted!

@tuffyears I am sure you have answered this many times, but is it Tuffy Ears or Tuff Years?  If it is the former, I imagine you to be all soft and cuddly like an Ewok, if it is the later, you have a shaven head, bomber jacket and want to fight me for imagining you as an Ewok 🙂 Also well done on your award.  Never got into WoT.  Played a bit of Warships and War Thunder in the past but i’d prefer to play with physical toys instead (though the planes in War Thunder were great).

@limburger yeah, it works ok.  I just need to work out if I want it thicker or thinner.  Yeah, the Chronos looks amazing and the others look as if they will be grand to paint up.  The detail looks deep enough to take and hold a wash.

Some non-sandwich inspiring music today 🙂  All Irish by the way.
