Osprey Games and Bloomsbury have teamed up to bring Embers Of Memory: A Throne Of Glass Game to the tabletop later this year in October. Pre-orders are now live for it too, offering you a chance to snag yourself a poster by the game's artist.

For those of you that want to know more about the game...

Aelin Galathynius has given up her freedom for the sake of her people. Held captive by the Queen of the Fae and tortured for information, her only companions are a silent prisoner and her own mind. The image of her mother, her lover, her friends. The embers of her memory, and a voice, deep inside...

...and the game itself sounds pretty fascinating indeed!

Embers of Memory: A Throne of Glass Game is a two-player co-operative card game set during the events of Kingdom of Ash, the epic climax to Sarah J. Maas' Throne of Glass series. Working together, you must delve into the memories of the young queen and help her face her inner demons before she is overwhelmed. Be warned – each challenge you face is more complex than the last, testing the bond between you and your partner to its limit.

I like the idea of a two-player card game and I really enjoy a cooperative experience. With that in mind, this is also one of my girlfriend's favourite books so I'm very much hoping it's good so that we can play together!

Pre-Order Bonus

As mentioned if you pre-order your copy and you're from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand you could also get yourself a nice piece of artwork from Carolie Jubenot.

If you're a fan, it would be neat to see what you think of the way each of the characters have been portrayed here and if this might be a good way to get a non-gamer stuck into some tabletop games!
