PSC Games Recreate WWII In 20 Minutes In Blitzkrieg!
March 5, 2019 by dracs
PSC Games have gone to Kickstarter with their new board game from Paolo Mori; Blitzkrieg!
Blitzkrieg! is a two player game that lets players battle for control of some of the conflict's most iconic theatres of war, fighting for superiority in games of about twenty minutes in length.
The players take on the role of the Allied and Axis alliances respectively. Rather than using dice as a mechanic for winning battles, they must instead draw unit tokens from a bag and allocate military resources to the different theatres of warfare.
This focus on resource management and quick, fast gameplay makes for a refreshing approach to WWII games.
We were lucky enough to get a pre-production copy of Blitzkrieg. We will definitely have to try to get a game of this.
Do you plan to support this game on Kickstarter?

Sound’s good.
can’t wait to get a game in, 20 mins to win the entire war across five regions
That looks a lot of fun!
Interesting idea, seems on the face of it this looks like a game that is more about the mechanics and the challenge rather than it being about the subject of the game, probably a game that can easily be reskinned to cover a multitude of scenarios.
