They’re not in liquidation but it’s a distinct possibility. They’re not bankrupt yet, but they can’t be far from it. I’m sure ND are looking into possibilities but I doubt their IPs and assets are enough to cover their debts which means that they’re not a particularly attractive purchase option. They clearly don’t have enough money to pay Archon so I can’t see them releasing the miniatures to ND.
