Experience Existential Angst In Euphoria: Ignorance Is Bliss
February 7, 2019 by cassn
In an interview with OnTabletop earlier this year, Jamey Stegmaier discussed a Stonemaier expansion to Euphoria in 2019. Now, we have more details and a first look at Euphoria: Ignorance Is Bliss.
Welcome back to Euphoria! While you were away, the Icarites descended from their lofty perch among the clouds, imposing a new way of life upon the Euphorians, Wastelanders, and Subterrans. Is this a fresh start for the dystopian citizens, or will history repeat itself?
Euphoria (2013) is an award-winning dystopian worker placement game in which you act as one of three factions attempting to navigate this strange world. Keep your worker's intelligence low while also committing them to perform tasks which benefit your group.
There isn't much known about the actual mechanic of the expansion yet but we've come to expect a quality gaming experience from Stonemaier Games and, for me, they've yet to disappoint.
I'll be backing this once it comes out, and you can keep up to date on the upcoming release of Euphoria: Ignorance Is Bliss through the Stonemaier Games website.
Have you played Euphoria yet?
