Guzzle Down Prop Potions During Your D&D Adventures
February 6, 2019 by brennon
Kevin & Megan Fannin are on Kickstarter looking for funding to create a set of lovely looking RPG Potions for use during your Dungeons & Dragons games. Check it out!
Each bottle contains a cured resin which is coloured to suit a different sort of potion. Each of the different colours could correspond to a number of different potion types and also the various levels of healing potions available to players as they venture through dungeons.
On top of the different potion contents, you'll also find the corresponding dice to match, each in a suitable colour too. I think this is a wonderful way to add a bit more spice to your games, offering up a fun and inventive way to keep your players aware of just what they have in their inventory! You can very easily forget a potion!
A variety of different tags have also been designed to be attached to the bottles so you can have them presented as unidentified or identified depending on who has got a hold of the various potions.
They are hoping to unlock more colours and different options for players through the project so if you don't fancy trying to create this yourself there's always the option of buying into these folks and their project.
Would you bring these to the tabletop?

@OTT Crew, the link to the KS is bad or not working.
That said, not sure why anyone would purchase these given how easy they are to make. I can find those bottles at our local craft store with the cork and twine already on them. Our DM has the same bottles and actually takes the time to make Kool Aid (sometimes spiked) to use as props in our game.
Was accidentally input twice – here it is https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dmoddities/dm-oddities-rpg-potions
Anyone else kinda disappointed that these aren’t actually drinks? Although I suppose in that case the dice would be a choking hazard. ?
If you make your own there’s more room for drinks. These are good for anyone who needs to drive home though ?
That’s why you make one a potion of invisibility and make sure to keep it on hand in case you get pulled over by the cops. ?
A great addition for coss play lovers for their outfits.
