Warcradle are seeking to expand their games development team and are advertising two new job vacancies.
CAD Design Assistant
The first of these is for a new CAD Design Assistant.
Wayland Games Limited are looking to recruit a design assistant to work in our head office located just outside of Southend in Essex.
Responsibilities will include delivering on our development strategy with a particular focus on 3D modelling with an understanding of what makes a design production ready.
Projects you will be involved with include designing Wayland Games Centre shop interiors with the understanding of how the drawing will be interpreted by shop fitters to construct the parts.
To succeed in this position you will need to be proactive with strong Computer Aided Design skills and a keen visual sense. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, 28 days per year holiday and significant promotion opportunities for the right individual.
Lead Games Designer
Alongside this, Warcradle are looking for a Lead Games Designer.
The role will see you as part of our games development team within the studio. You will work
alongside sculptors, illustrators and writers to help create brilliant and exciting tabletop
experiences.
You'll be focused on writing and conceptualising these commercially viable projects as part of the Warcradle team. You will be working to develop new titles based on licensed Intellectual Property as well as our own properties such as the Dystopian Age and Firestorm settings. These games and related products will be produced to the highest standards in the industry to delight tabletop hobbyists around the world.

are 28 days of holiday standard in the UK? and does that include national holidays, od do the come on top?
28 days is standard, including bank holidays.
It depends who you work for.An employer doesn’t have to give you bank holidays .Some maybe offer more days off that doesn’t include bank holidays and some may say your bank holidays are included in your 28 days a year

These are the dream jobs of my brother. He is a great fan of all those games. I always tell him there are a lot of interesting Greensboro jobs. Jooble platform has a lot of offers he can consider. I guess he is waiting for someone to invite him. But that will never happen if he behaves that way.
