Cancon 2019
Cancon is organised and run by Canberra Games Society every year, and this year was its 40th!
It was my first year attending the event, and I’ve grabbed a few photos. But not enough!
We always hear about Adepticon, Salute and all the other big internationals. Let’s make some noise for Australia!

In the Coorong hall we had:
the Board Game Library
Open until midnight Saturday and Sunday
One of the large gaming areas, usually dedicated to tournaments.
One of the fantastic gaming tables from the show.

Only got a couple of photos – I really need to remember to go on day 3 when it’s less crowded and you can take photos and chat to the game designers and product creators. Anyhow… I only got a few shots of some painted cyberpunk buildings by Knights of Dice – great looking product which has me twitching to so a cyberpunk tabletop…
My second time going and had a great time. Pictured are my purchases — can’t wait to add to my Twisted collection and picked up enough Judgement to get started.Pretty warm though! I went into the MTG room a few times just to cool down.
