    I finished up two more elite cavalry for Uesugi’s force. The Sahimonos will be more unique than the others so that they stand out from the other cavalry but that will come later.

    I like the lighting effects you’ve painted into the chest armor.

     

    Is that real shadow from the helmet brim to the area above the eyes, or is that more lighting effects as well?

    @templar007 Thank you! The chest is dry brush and wash and the brow is just a shadow of the brim of the helmet.

    To be honest the lads at On The Table Top exaggerated a bit. I don’t paint 20 minis a week more, maybe 20 a month but I do try to paint at least 30 minutes a day.

    Fantastic work. Im particularly drawn to the natural smooth paint job on the horses, the blue and white chord on their neck and its smoothness too, as well as the gradient and shading on the armour. Jealous! 😉
