A Pict Warlord Storms Into Battle Atop His Footsore Chariot
January 14, 2019 by brennon
Footsore Miniatures has been showing off the finished and painted Pict Warlord Chariot which will be coming in February. I would leap out of the way as he was storming forward!
This particular piece was a collaborative effort from a few people including Lewis Collins (crew and ponies), Nigel Higgins (chariot) & eBob (pony masters). The painting on this particular piece was then done by Lewis Collins too.
This is a very dynamic miniature and they've done an awesome job of showing it rushing into battle, crew howling at the top of their voices.
Now you just need some angry looking invaders to run over and you've got a brilliant diorama on the way!
Are you going to be snapping this up?

That is good looking chariot.
As great looking early war chariot.
waiting on this since forever. The bad news he’s been pushed back to Feb, the good news is that’s in time for my birthday so yay me. Saga picts almost complete.
Enter the Battle in style
Wow, that top view looks like the Warlord is controlling the driver by using his hair as a set of reigns. It took the lower photo to explain the situation, although that looks as if the Warlord is about to firmly plant his hatchet into the driver’s shoulder. Ouch for the driver either way.
