Building no 1!
Before I get too intimidated I thought I’d not worry too much about all the options and just dive into the first building and make it fairly standard.
I’d toyed with the idea of painting them on the sprue as some people recommend but to be honest I’m too impatient and just want to see my little buildings come together! I might try that with some of the later buildings.
So first sprue – V01 looks like it contains everything for the ground floor of 1 building. The sides are all equal length so the wall sections can go in any order.
Sprue V01The pieces pop out easily, each held in with just one or 2 small tabs. The wall sections fit together very snuggly – so much so that the instructions recommend not using any glue and just use something like prit stick for the windows and accessories. I of course chose to ignore this and add a small dab of pva for a more permanent build!
