@limburger … I don’t like the thought of sand anywhere near my tenders. Which reminds me of something I found hilarious regarding Dutch. I was looking for Aetztech etched brass ferns and was able to find them through the regular shop front of pkp-ro.de but found that they only have one sheet left. Off I went and found sceneryworkshop.nl and managed to get to the same product. Well, I amused myself with the thought, after stumbling through the linguistic barrier, that one’s winkelwagen is a shopping cart and not some sort of device powered by snails (a **peri**winkle wagon) or transportation for old people as described by a young child (a wrinkle wagon). Maybe a pre-bedtime beer helped this thought but I’m moved to think that the humor is obvious to even the stone cold sober.

@sundancer I’m glad that the Germans are kind enough to offer the silly English speaking types some sort of help in buying interesting things for this hobby. The only drawback is that it seems the holiday rush has seemed to kill their supply off.

I’m so glad that I’m able to connect with everyone here even if it is from far away. Nerds of a feather (or weirdos @woldenspoons ) flock together
