Greetings!  I am starting my endeavor into the world of Sharp Practice.  One of the things that I noticed is the wonderful round bases that can be slotted into rectangular holders as can be seen in this picture:

Is there a good place where one can purchase a variety of these bases (even if some assembly is required).

Or failing that is there a good way of making these bases without a power saw and sander?  I have seen some 1/4″ sheet MDF but my understanding is that you need a decent power saw to effectively cut the pieces before finishing with sander.

    Thanks in advance!

Warbases in the UK sell them

They make to fit either 1p or 2p coins. They also do them for metric size holes as well

warbases as @torros said, or http://www.sarissa-precision.com/collections/conversion-trays

both companies are excellent and will tailor what you need if you email them, 2p trays are great as the bases have a nice heft ^^

@torros @avernos  I have decided to go for Warbases UK as I found their website and options selection pretty straightfoward.  Any recommendations for the size for rectangular calvary bases?

something close to 25mm x 50mm is generally the accepted for 28mm cavalry and they’ll fit without being crushed. I do like the pill shaped bases.

If you are basing to a certain size 20 x 40 will be tightish but will fit a 50mm square foot print which I know some games use
