Head Down To The Farm With New Warlord Games Kit
November 14, 2018 by brennon
Warlord Games has produced a plastic set which could be used for a whole range of different periods. Here we have a set of Farmyard Animals...
The set of animals ranges from something as simple as chickens through to large animals like sheep, pigs and even some donkeys too. You could use these as creatures that you need to raid in an Ancient setting or just as set decoration in your more modern games.
Whilst the war might have raged across France and the like the farms would still have had animals on them producing food and more for hungry soldiers on both sides. You could imagine your American soldiers fighting across a farm towards a German-held position in a nearby village or town.
I like that the set also comes with a dog too who might end up being a great scenario objective, useful for sniffing out the enemy.
What do you think of this set?

Moo ?
sniper training ground ?
hollowed out and crawl inside ?
Teaching the art of ‘how not to be seen’ … 😉
I would of preferred a set of more ancient breeds as they would be more useful as prime targets for a raid. Hopefully more in the pipeline.
when animals attack..!!!
Very useful. Liking the sheep – the tall, leggy one on the left looks like she’s playing hard to get 😉
More of a cow man myself .. but each to their own 😉 😀 😀
