Original Magic Art Bring New Commander Playmats To Kickstarter
November 14, 2018 by brennon
The team at Original Magic Art has taken some new Commander Playmats to Kickstarter which feature full pieces of artwork from the archives of Magic: The Gathering history.
One of the things I normally don't like about playmats is that so many of them come with segmented areas which are designed for the placement of cards. Full art, much like this, is better in my opinion and it not only shows off the artwork but also frames your cards nicely too.
There are twelve different mats for you to pick from at the moment each with a focus towards some of the different colours of Magic.
I really like the ones which feature some of the larger creatures like Muldrotha above here. There's also one of the fan favourites from the world, Niv-Mizzet, shown off in full form here with elements brewing in his gullet.
Hopefully one of these mats is going to be good for you and I would urge you to go and find out what else they have in store over on their Kickstarter page.
Are you tempted by some of these and if you play card games would you prefer a segmented design or something which is pretty free of marks what-so-ever?
What do you think of the designs?

Fantastic pictures.
Those are perfect for everyone who plays those legendary creatures as they commander.
