In Magnate, you play as a property developer trying to make as much money as possible through a series of careful decisions and land acquisitions.
The game will boast a selection of realistic buildings, ranging from industrial to residential, letting you supply the demand of your city.
Please no paper money. Just use tokens. I will have to research more about the game.

I had a quick look at this at Tabletop Gaming Live, sadly only had time for a quick look, but it does look like a lot of fun.
