We were able to stop in with Mythic Games this year at Essen SPIEL '18 and talk to them about a gameplay breakdown of Reichbusters: Projekt Vril!
We sat down with Az to talk about the game, what you can expect from a typical round and what you have to look forward to when it comes to the stealth gameplay and Hollywood-style combat.

Looks great, reminds me of Imperial Assault/Descent I am happy with the mechanics of the game. I just hope that the difficulty can be notched up for replayability and the enemy have more depth to their actions rather than just hording. Would be cool if there is a future app with some better AI to run the enemy as well and not just left to the enemy dice chucking and cards.
I.Need.This.Game.In.My.Life Like seriously. This is just perfect setting and looks to be real intresting gameplay.
Also, can I just say how wonderful it is to see @thisisazrael in action again 🙂 You always shine when you play, and it’s a marvel to watch 🙂 Thanks Az.

Honestly thank you so much for your enthusiasm @aurorainbag We've got some way to go to polish the game yet still but we're really happy with the initial prototype demos 🙂
Looks really great, next question would be th price, because there are so many KS this month I’m interested in (Wild Asssent, which I backed at the core game pledge, Valhalla, Level 7, Volfyrion) and a number of upcoming ones (Everrain, Claustrophobia, Assasins Creed).
Should come about $100 for core and $200 for all-in
Reminds me of Medal of Honor on the PlayStation 1 or the original Call of Duty game. Like the Panzer Mech, the Russian sniper and the Soldier with the MP40 Models. Will they be available separately from the Game?
But, I am not so happy about you shooting that guard dog though, Az…
Perhaps you forgot to mention it was infact a reanimated zombie dog, am I right?

I love how board games can live in the cinematic reality we have developed over the years.
Just an FYI, at least in the USA, on November 9th, look for the J J Abrams move Overlord which is Weird War II film.
This is a no brainer, cannot wait for November 20th when it comes to Kickstarter. Im backing this for sure.
