Transform Terrain In Terra Shifters

You kept eating meat, you used plastic straws, and do you remember that one time you just threw your water bottle into the bin? Well, now the world is ending. Thanks, Obama.
In Terra Shifter, the year is 2XXX and the Earth has become no longer livable. Enter the Terra Shifters, people who have the technology to create a new earth, but apparently not the foresight to use their tech save the previous one.
As a key Terra Shifter, your job is to complete the current land formation goals and help form a new land on which life can survive.
Terra Shifter is an awesome puzzle game in which players manipulate tiles through rotation, flipping and moving to create groups of the same terrain. Sixteen tiles are placed in the center of the table, with each tile containing three types of four possible terrain - plains, water, desert, and tundra.
Co-operative goal cards are then placed at the side of the tile area which set out conditions for victory. However, players are also provided with individual 'mission' cards which set out personal goals that can be achieved for extra points. However, if all personal mission cards are completed before the goal cards, all players lose the game.
There are also a series of disaster cards which can be added into the game to increase difficulty. These cards contain a series of rules which may limit a player's movement or hand size depending on the disaster which occurs.
I really love this game - I've been interested in it since it's original Taiwanese release back in 2017. Terra Shifter feels reminiscent of the strategic mechanic of Rubix cube while still establishing itself as a unique and individual co-operative game. It should be available at Essen 2018, so this is definitely one to pick up if you are a strategic gamer.
