The X-Wing got all painted up!
I went with Blue 3 as they were based at Yavin until their unfortunate demise at the battle of ScarifI have been really working the 3D printer since I built it. I have had a few failures and have been trying to think how to cover it up and make a bit of terrain out of the cockups.
The bit I made is a grav sled that has been hit by some form of space mortar and spilled its load. The Gonk droid is there to try to clean it up, but sadly, he has no arms to sort it out so he’ll end up just going on his way and charge something else up.
even then I’ve still cocked it up. I put on grass tuffs before sealing with varnish. It turns out that when you varnish grass tuffs you end up with a semi pleasant early morning frost look. Happy accident!
