Zombies have decided to invade the school and, despite hating your History teacher, you know you need to save it from destruction...okay, maybe let the Maths department get destroyed first!

The young players are at school when zombies start to attack, infiltrating the entryways, then barring the way to classrooms. Players move through rooms and entryways to eliminate zombies and keep the zombie reserve full. If a zombie must enter the school but none are available, then the school has been overrun and the players lose.

The custodian, abandoning his post in the face of zombification, has left all four doors to the school open. The kids left inside have no option but to battle the undead horde terrorizing their school, lock the doors and save the school!

Zombie Kidz Evolution is a great introduction to legacy games for younger players. As they continue on, players will complete missions, track their development through a 'trophy' achievement sticker system, and open envelopes which contain new information that furthers the game, increases the difficulty, and provides them with new powers and new heroes.

Building from the 2013 classic Zombie Kidz, this game is a really good way to get younger players familiar with the concept of legacy games. The achievement tracker is particularly effective, as it's very similar to the video-game style achievements that most children would be familiar with. There's no release date yet, but Zombie Kidz Evolution will be showcasing at Essen later this year.
