What would you like to ask the Firelock Gang?
Hello Mike Tunez, what about the french “Surcouf” ?
I would love some info on the 2 playerbox set, organized play and tournament formats ?
Can you tell us a bit more about Oak and Iron at some point.
I missed the opening. What was the announcement?
You can now re-watch the introduction in the above video.
What about the Quasi War?
I am loving the direction this game is going
Looking forward to seeing the terrain
SIMPLY TAKE MY MONEY NOW!!!
Thanks for the live stream. I really appreciate many of my questions being taken on the show and look forward to more to come.
I really think the famous Captain box sets would be a cool idea as well as cloth sail &flag packs for famous ships/privateers/nations.
Would like to ask if there is anywhere where players can post faction lists to help newer players see how to create lists? See good combinations especially for new factions.
There is a force builder program. Look on Firelock’s site for the link.
Also, where do they get the coastal map from used in the English vs Indians segment?
One question for the next Q&A:
Will B&P include the Mediterranean pirates?
Actually, @manyac – we did cover this with mike a little later in the stream. I only mention it because it was the part that had me personally the MOST excited. As a fan of all things US Marine Corps, when Mike mentioned Mediterranean pirates I asked to confirm whether he meant Barbary Pirates (the Corps had some famous and storied battles against these pirates in their very first use as an expeditionary force), well … suffice it to say I was more than sold at that point!

Wow! I’ve to review then.. I usually paint while listen…
But it’s clear that I didn’t pay enough attention.
Thanks!!
No worries. 😀
Personally I think going earlier into the Spice wars in the early 17th century is the way to go. Fascinating history with plenty of game opportunities for raiding factories, running battles with the local tribes and the end of Spanish and Portuguese dominance in the far East. You even get to add India and the Moghal Empire into the mix and it all ends up with the British losing their possessions there and end up agreeing to swap the Nutmeg rich Island of Run for some small colony called New Amsterdam in the Americas
Sounds like a lot is in the works.
Nice Q&A
I’m looking forward to both Oak & Iron and the 18th century expansion.
I wouldn’t mind seeing some more commander models released, perhaps not for every single one, but a bit more variety at least.
Thanks for the video, love the game.
3 beards? All I se is one beard and its breakfast
I agree! 😀
Got to watch it as a replay. Time difference is too much to deal with but I did appreciate all the info provided in it. Maybe questions could be submitted prior to livestreams in the future?
Absolutely, @longshotte. In fact this post was up in the site for some time before the stream, where people could post their questions beforehand. We only had a couple printed out for us before the stream started, though.
