Oriskany Reshapes The Operation Crusader Map
Oriskany is running his campaign this weekend recreating Operation Crusader.
The first games of the campaign are underway and Oriskany shows us how the map is shaping up.
Looking like it’ll be a lot of fun. Will the livestream be available to watch later, missed the first one
Me too.
Pretty sure the live streams are re-posted later on.
And that’s the battlefield report, now back to the studio.
Weather and Sports are next. 😀 😀 😀
so far i have seen a lot of british wins or soon to be wins presented. looks good for the brits
The British indeed start out this campaign VERY STRONG – both historically and in our boot camp games.
Always like a good map
Exciting!
Thanks very much @warhammergrimace and @lawnor! 😀
love how you guys are making this a campaign
great recreation, can’t wait to see the results
Awesome, @toricova and @normandyfan – very glad you like it!
love seeing the development on the map
This is gripping – have to be a part of something like this one day!
Thanks, @wilco92.
We mightwind up doing another of our on-line campaigns later this year, @darkdanegan
Liking Jim’s maps! Easy to follow
Can’t wait to see the results of the battles!
Thanks, @collins and @dukeexeter!
They should have just reinforced the Auses they may not have won Tobruk in the next attacks ?
Is it just me that’s got the dad’s army tune playing in my head now.
They had to pull 9th Australian out after several months of siege and replace with 70th Infantry
Yes they had a rough time their but great defence.
Absolutely. 😀
Great way to add the extra context to an action like this.
I have to say again, this campaign map is really cool.
Very glad you like it @georgesealy and @khy0te!
The Germans are pushing the front! Hold the line!
The Germans lose a lot of the initial battles, we’ll see if they can make a rally!
I’ll be watching the campaign with interest. I really enjoy this style of campaign play.
Loving the narrative campaign being run alongside the boot camp.
@fireblarney – @falerox … Very glad you like the format! we always try to add at least some kind of larger-scale background context to the tabletop games.
Cool
Love the way @oriskany sets up his campaigns.
Thanks @daverouge1 and @rbwgames! 😀
