the uni-carrier is a brilliant vehicle. I love to run them with many brenguns on them and just use them as fire support and pinning platforms.

interesting side note (for John) the uni carrier on the front of the box is badged up as
Kings Shropshire Light Infantry, 185 Brigade, 3rd Div.

Only 1 carrier for each of the Eighth Army players? Seems a bit unfair compared to the 3 Blitzs provided to DAK

Who made Ben go into a cave to do the intro and close? The echo effect has started to wear a little thin (of course much love to the man himself however)

I think I’d build a Cornish Light Infantry unit if I was building Brits.

I love the 8th army models and they’re definitely the force for me! I think my first ever toy soldiers as a kid were very 8th army like,it’s all come full circle!! ??

It’s really nice to see head swaps added to kits – even if you don’t use them for this project who doesn’t want lots of spare heads for their bits box?

Was thinking the Allied players got a lot less stuff than the Axis players (I wonder what’s to come). Now the real question is…..

How many points is the Monkey upgrade for your HQ unit?

All this talk of the Allies being represented by more than the British makes me a little sad that no-one opted for the Italians.

Great mobile gun position, and who would not want a vickers mg rattling off some rounds at the enemy.Q wasn’t the vickers good at shooting a little like artillery as it had such a good tragectory it could shot from behind a hill over the crest

Your talking about them getting more boxes as the weekend goes on and the war progresses makes me wonder how possible it would be to play through the entire war in order? Lets say me and a mate agreed to play through from the very start with a map from the time and our battles affected who took or lost land. However as time progressed we also unlock new tech at the correct time. Maybe if historically that tech was connected to an area or an event battle outcomes could delay the tech. You could play this for 5 years… Read more »
