Kickstart Your Inner Unruly Bastard
September 13, 2018 by cassn
Be the loud, boorish, inappropriate life of the party in this fun, new Kickstarter. In Unruly Bastards, players are rewarded for being as inappropriately creative as possible.
One player is picked in each round to act as an all-powerful Judge. The Judge then picks a theme card and a modifier card, and players must perform that combination.
The Judge picks the winner and that person becomes Judge for the next round. The first person to win five rounds becomes the ultimate unruly bastard, but let's face it - you're going to keep playing this until the deck runs out!
With over 200 cards, and therefore a whopping 10,000 combinations, Unruly Bastards promises replayability and a lot of inappropriate fun.
There are also some challenge cards included to up the ante, such as speed rounds or battles, where players duel off against each other in an improv royale.
It is easy to compare this game to Cards Against Humanity - it even has a similar aesthetic - but it is actually an incredibly different game. In Unruly Bastards, you're not limited to your cards responses. Furthermore, this game is more about roleplaying humour than narrative progression.
I can't wait to play this one with my gaming group who, in my opinion, are the best bunch of unruly bastards around. There are 18 days left on the Kickstarter, so get yours now.

So it is CAH repackaged. It was trash the first time around.
Hi tankkommander! I can 1000% promise you that this game is nothing like CAH. This game actually challenges you as a human being. You are literally using your wit & imagination against your friends in a battle that is super fun. With CAH you are playing cards with someone else’s sense of humor on them. We trust you and your friends to bring the funny and you can get as unruly as you want to be 🙂
Cass, thank you so much for spreading the word about our game! We seriously appreciate it! <3
