Westfalia’s Heroes Of Aventuria Kickstarter Now Live!
September 11, 2018 by brennon
Westfalia Miniatures are on Kickstarter running their very time-limited Heroes Of Aventuria Kickstarter. This campaign brings to life characters from the exceptionally popular Das Schwarze Auge (DSA) or The Dark Eye in English (TDE) role-playing game from Germany.
The miniatures are looking superb and draw on the evocative artwork of this role-playing game which is effectively the Dungeons & Dragons of the continent!
A vast array of characters have been sculpted by the team including some guests who have joined this adventure like Boris Woloszyn who sculpted the character and Paul Hicks who has worked for a number of different companies.
Useful as characters for your heroes to play as, or as NPCs that your party runs into along the way these models are packed with character and in some cases actually improve on the artwork that you see here.
If you're one of those people who like seeing the iconic characters of these worlds come to life then this might be for you, especially as you've no doubt been reading about them for decades! For a collector then, this provides a wonderful chance to pick up some of these characters that you wouldn't have ever imagined would make it into miniature form.
There is MUCH more on the way from the campaign as you'll be able to tell when you head over to the Kickstarter page. They are hopping through goals nice and quickly and they even unlocked a Dwarf recently!
Will you be backing this?

already in there, first two goals beaten so we now have a pair of dwarfs
I have committed to half a dozen so far. Might still up that.
Some great looking figure’s love the guy with the downwards Horn’s like straight out of Monty Python.
I’d love to…. but the postage for a single mini is just… I can’t :S
Those do look really good.
