Han Solo & Rebel Commandos Strike At The Empire In Star Wars: Legion
August 24, 2018 by brennon
Fantasy Flight Games has now released two more expansions for use in Star Wars: Legion. Han Solo and the Rebel Commandos are now hitting the field to stick it to the Empire.
Han Solo comes in as another Commander for the game, replacing the likes of Luke Skywalker and the like. As you might imagine he is a darn good shot and is lucky to boot, making him a good sharpshooter at close range.
He will, of course, be able to work alongside his friends as well, and the benefit of running the likes of Han Solo alongside Chewbacca and Leia is not one to overlook.
Strike From The Shadows
The Rebel Commandos are willing to follow him Han Solo into battle as well.
They are an elite team, ready to secure objectives and such across the tabletop. They are armed with deadly weapons that can strike from long range, picking out commanders and the like, as well as guns for short-range skirmishes too.
All of these models are available right now from stores on the internet and your brick and mortar stores as well. So, snap these up and let us know how you're using them in your games.

The Commandos are great. Especially that there are different alien races in the team. The Solo version is not my favourite. I will wait for the variant without coat.
Those look really good.
Got mine yesterday. The Han figure is not as bad in real life (not great, but not as horrible as the photo suggests).
Good to hear Han Solo is at least acceptable. I’d really like to field him in my games, but not if the model looks like the one FFG has shown. If you get the chance to post a pic it would very appreciated!
I will see if I can get some pics. My advice is don’t paint the eyebrows. I think that is what makes the face look a bit odd. The figure appears to be an older version of Mr Ford.
I rarely trust photos of miniatures, unless the company has been in the miniature business for ages. Miniatures just take an insane amount of skill to photograph properly.
Looking good for a scruffy looking nerf hearder.
Who’s scruffy looking?
Lol.
Laugh it up fuzzball *gives zorgbacca a death glare*
Since my friend Mike called up with his assembled set, and we started priming and painting them, I LOVE the models. Bigger and more detailed than imperial assault, nice casts and something I want to get SOON. These are awesome. Pictures dont do them justice.
