It has been announced at Warhammer Fest Europe, that the second season for the Warhammer Underworlds line is incoming.

Warhammer Underworlds: Nightvault

This new season will bring new warbands, cards and more. The Warhammer Fest live blog says keep an eye out over the coming weeks for more info.

Also announced:

Nurgle’s Rotters for Blood Bowl, 2 new starter sets for Kill Team involving the Deathwatch and Drukhari. Killzone: Death World Forest. Also, the Rogue Trader expansion which will feature the Rogue Traders and Nurgle, plus what appears to be a campaign to go with the models alongside new boards and terrain. Speed Freeks in ORKtober, and Space Marine Heroes goes global.

And they also posted a teaser showing the Sisters Of Battle icon and the words, “Emperor Willing…2019”, plus some pictures of their weapon designs.

Another announcement came from Black Library. After 12 years and over 50 books, the Horus Heresy series is coming to an end. The final book in the series will be called The Buried Dagger, written by James Swallow.

After this a new series will begin, called The Siege Of Terra.

From Forge World, the Cawdor weapons upgrades were revealed along with a new Executioner model. And a hint to stay tuned for House Delaque. Also some new Blood angels models and new legion characters.

They also previewed the Warhound Titan for Adeptus Titanicus, and a couple of pre-sculpted boards.

So even after 50 books the Horus Heresy series doesn’t really end. Just gets a name change.

So they needed 50 books to get to terra … how many more until they get to the emperors’ throne room ?

10, 20 or more? 😉
