Warcradle are enjoying their first GenCon with Wild West Exodus on general release, and have brought with them new terrain, minis and a first look at the minis for one of the Dystopian Wars fleets.

I like that they are streamlining the rules for Dystopian Wars. a clean up pass can make that game amazing.

Fond memories of listening to the development of both Wild West Exodus and Dystopian Wars on The D6 Generation when they were first launched by Battlefoam and Spartan Games respectively.
Love the concepts, beautiful models (especially the Prussian warships)… but never actually bought anything from either of the ranges or tried playing the games.
I am sure there is a market for a steampunk card game or even a generic 28/30mm steampunk model range which could be used in 40k (imperial guard perhaps) or weird war 1 or “retro” zombie apocalypse.
That is some nice ship, a big step up from earlier iterations!
Dystopian Wars is so very high on my list right now…can’t wait for the re-release!

I must say, the ship with the steam engines on the back is a glorious model.
I’ve liked what I’ve seen when these guys have come to the studio for BoW playthroughs. Not enough Wild West games out there, either.

Every time I see Wild west exodus, I get more tempted to jump in.
These look awesome and I’m very intrigued to see how they integrate this into DW
