@mage Yeah, I’ve sort of caught up now as to whats going on. I like the ideas put forward by the BoW team but I think they’ve missed something obvious. Some sort of Incentive for the host. I mean I don’t need to tell you how much time and effort it takes to run this so you deserve something for your effort, as do the stand in hosts when you need a well earned break.

Errrm I pronounce it “That stuff we saw on telly.”  (true). I say Yog urt… with an og not an owe.

Right, 7 Days to die. Well you wake up nekkid (bar a nappy thing) in the middle of this zombie infested world and have to begin crafting/scavenging items to survive. As you go through the game you pick up parts and manuals/books to craft better weapons and stronger building materials. You have to forage for food and drink too or you starve to death. You also need to find or build a base because while lone zombie’s are nasty enough early on and very difficult to kill but slow, at night they become fast and run. Whats even worse is that every 7 game days, there’s a blood moon and that brings Horde Night and the zombies turn super lethal and attack you in a huge horde (and there’s no hiding on Horde Night because they can sense where you are). so if you haven’t found a base and fortified it in the first seven days, yer dooomed. Oh and it’s muliplayer (there is a single player mode but it’s not as much fun) so, even though its frowned upon on most servers, there’s always some asshat that will rob you.

Canon was a fat private eye with a tash, and Ironside was a Police detective in a wheelchair (played by Raymond Burr) so he was the brains and had a team that did all the legwork. You may be thinking of the actor Michael Ironside (Scanners, and was the second Captain in Seaquest: DSV amongst other stuff.)

Nice work on the AoS stuff, its coming along splendidly.

@evilstu hey mate, good to see you back.

Yeah I definately agree with you. There are a number of actors that are just infinately watchable whatever they’re in. Have you seen Red and Red 2 ? Dame Helen Mirren at her best.

@a27cromwell I like what you’ve done with the X Wings, the results are excellent. The werecrock is coming along very nicely. Great idea with the Foxholes, they look really effective.

Might not be on much for the rest of the day. I would like to say its because i’m working on the Bane Crew…. but it’s more likely i’m doing penance 😀
